Digital purchases are generally final once the download is delivered. Contact us if a file is unavailable, corrupted, duplicated, or purchased by mistake before downloading.
Made-to-order merchandise
Because Printify merchandise is produced for each order, size or preference returns may be limited. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items should be reported within 30 days of delivery with the order email and photographs.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and begin after production. Customers are responsible for accurate addresses. Duties or import charges may apply outside the United States.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately. Merchandise cannot normally be cancelled after it is sent to production.
