We collect information you provide for purchases, delivery, support, and email signup, including name, email, shipping address, order details, and messages. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by SWTCH315.
How information is used
Information is used to process payments, fulfill Printify merchandise, deliver protected music downloads, provide customer support, prevent fraud, send requested updates, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments, Printify produces and ships merchandise, Resend sends transactional email, and Vercel hosts the storefront. Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security terms.
California and EEA/UK rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. California residents may also request disclosure of categories collected and opt out of sale or sharing. SWTCH315 does not sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal requirements. Administrative access uses encrypted sessions, role restrictions, secure transport, and least-privilege service credentials.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for staff authentication and payment functionality. No advertising cookies are intentionally deployed.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
